We use PublicSquare to coordinate production of our paper, and to complement and enhance it, but we are still very “monthly issue” oriented. Right now, we remove last issue’s stories when we publish the new one, but of course we don’t really want to make them inaccessible, just archived.
It would be great if we could add “Issues”, give them a name, associate stories with them, then use Liquid to show a list of issues and easily filter stories by “most recent issue” or by the Id of a specific issue. Also nice would be the ability to give an Issue a publication date, and have that control all publishable associated stories.
